RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Gjou. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at shopgjou@gmail.com
    within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, a description of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
  • Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed, including the return address and any necessary forms.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories and documentation that came with it.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved:

  • For refunds: A credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
  • For exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Items purchased during clearance sales or promotional events.
  • Damages to products caused by customers. 

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any applicable return shipping costs.
